Assessment of Performance Management Systems

A single day assessment was conducted to evaluate the performance management as well as reward and pay policies and practices at Sapphire Finishing Mills Ltd. The purpose of this assessment was to determine the nature, scale and scope of any future interventions recommended. It included one-on-one interviews with senior managers, a focus group discussion with staff and document reviews. It helped in identification of needs and concerns of staff.
