This project aimed to create an Energy Institute at LUMS to serve as a think tank, center of technical excellence, knowledge network, and capacity building entity for the government to institutionalise a renewable rich future for Pakistan in the most sustainable and cost-effective way possible. This project also addresses the issue related to power sector planning, grid modernisation, reliability, and energy policy and finance.
