This study was focused on identification of whether the cash transfer given as a part of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has resulted in improved outcomes for women. A range of socio-economic outcomes were measured, all of which have a bearing on the overall well-being of women. Specifically, it estimated the effect (if any) of receiving BISP on the ownership of time-saving durable assets to gauge the contribution of BISP in reducing time poverty for women.
